Many guys ask: What's a difference between Boxer Briefs and Trunks? Boxer Brief: A hybrid style of men's underwear that appeared late in the 20th-century. Boxer Briefs are made from knitted fabrics, patterned like a brief with a pouch and often a fly opening in the front, but with a tubular leg design extending several inches down the thigh.
